Cans For Good is a metal can recycling service that provides monthly pickup of metal cans from your home or business. By signing up for Cans For Good, you agree to the following terms of service.
Cans For Good charges an annual subscription fee through Stripe. The subscription fee is billed annually and is non-refundable.
Cans For Good will pick up your metal cans once each month on a scheduled date. You will be provided with a recycling bin at the beginning of your service. You do not own this bin but are instead using the bin as a part of the service. Upon termination of your subscription your bin must be returned and will be picked up by Cans For Good. Failing to return the recycling bin will result in a charge on your account of $49.
Cans For Good will only pick up metal cans that are clean and empty. The following types of metal cans are eligible for recycling:

Cans For Good is not liable for any damage to your property or personal belongings that occurs during the pickup of your metal cans.
You can terminate your Cans for Good subscription at any time by emailing us at info@cansforgood.com. The subscription fee is non-refundable.
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes arising out of these terms of service will be resolved in the courts of the State of Virginia.
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Cans For Good and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
If any provision of these terms of service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms of service and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these terms of service will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
All notices and other communications under these terms of service will be in writing through email and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered addressed as follows:

These terms of service are written in English and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.
Cans For Good may update these terms of service from time to time. You will be notified of any updates to these terms of service by email. By continuing to use the Cans For Good service after the effective date of any updates, you agree to be bound by the updated terms of service.
